Who is Michael Griffin?
After Graduating from Berklee College of Music with degrees in both Film Scoring and Music Production & Engineering, Michael loaded up a truck and headed west to California.
Having grown up with Pixar films, and after seeing "Up" in 2009, Michael knew he would be pursuing a career in music. While Michael was attending Berklee College of Music studying Film Scoring, he stumbled upon the Music Production & Engineering major. He instantly fell in love with that side of the process as well. After 5 years of composing, recording, mixing, and producing at Berklee, Michael relocated to Studio City, California.
Since then, Michael has built a career as a music editor, working on high-profile projects including Beauty in Black, Ramy, and The Wilds, as well as Joe’s College Road Trip and Bright Sun Films’ documentary Closed for Storm. Additional contributions include work on Luca (Pixar), Snowfall (FX), Station Eleven (HBO), Self Reliance (Hulu), The Umbrella Academy (Netflix), The Good Doctor (ABC), Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (ABC), among others.
Michael’s services include, but are not limited to: music editing, mixing, recording, producing, jingle writing, and composing.
